GREAT pool & lanai area  -  Wonderful area to relax either in or out of the sun!   10x24 covered screened lanai with ceiling fan, wet bar and patio furniture.   Includes table with seating for 6 and 2 loungers.   Pool heat is optional and a pool cover is provided for your use to help maintain the pools heat at night or when not in use. There is no charge for the pool cover.

Lounge:   Open and airy!   High Ceilings!   Ceiling Fan!    Large opening to a screened in lanai and your own private pool area.    Comfortable furnishings with sofa and love seat.  Entertainment center includes a 27" color cable tv, playstation 2, stereo radio, DVD and VCR. Books, games and movies are also provided for your enjoyment.

Kitchen:  Located adjacent to the lounge/family room; Fully stocked with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, and all utensils. The kitchen table seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the snack bar. Wall phone provided.

Laundry:   Convenient laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board.

Formal Living area:  A comfortable area to relax and take a break. The living area is comfortable and nicely furnished and the dining area has table seating for six.   Very comfortable and spacious. Great area for family dining and relaxing with a book!


Master Bedroom:  Spacious with King size bed,(U.K. Super King) color cable tv, telephone, alarm radio, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. 

  
2 Bedroom:   Queen size bed (U.K. King) with spacious closet, color cable tv, alarm radio and ceiling fan.

3 Bedroom:  Twin beds with spacious closet, alarm radio and ceiling fan.

 

Child accessories For the convenience of those with small children we have added a crib, highchair, and stroller. All at no additional charge

Our Caretaker is on call 24 hours a day in the unlikely event you should encounter any problems.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED - SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE LANAI (OUTSIDE) AREA ONLY.
